Are you an artist? Are you passionate about inspiring and empowering others to create?
We are currently looking for an art tutor to work in a part-time permanent role in our vibrant community art space in central Wellington. The role is for 17 hours per week, working Monday, Thursday and Friday.
Vincents Art Workshop Te Whare Mahi Toi is an award-winning, inclusive creative space which has been ‘Changing Lives Through Art’ since 1985. Our tutors are responsible for maintaining a safe and inviting workspace for our regular artists, and welcoming new people to our whare.
You will have the opportunity to work in an inspiring learning environment and build on your passion for teaching creative arts. Knowledge of ceramics and previous experience working in the creative spaces sector would be an advantage.
